    We get a lot of requests asking to help reset passwords or to help determine what user names were used at set-up. This is actually very easy to take care of on your end–no assistance needed!

    To have your password reset and a temporary one emailed to you, please visit:

    http://www.tailsinc.com/wp-login.php?action=lostpassword

    From this page, simply enter your email address and our system will email you your user name and a temporary password after sending you a confirmation that you must click to activate. Please allow up to an hour for this email to come through before resubmitting.

    Be sure to log into the site with your temporary password and visit your account settings page to change your password to something more memorable than the auto-generated response!
