We know, we know, the Internet is full of silly cat pictures just waiting to suck you in, but No Dogs Allowed: Buffy the Cat is a collection of imaginative cat photography that’s worth turning away from the computer screen for. Paul Smulson started this project innocently enough by taking a shot of his photogenic kitty Buffy wearing a pair of headphones. From there he got bolder, taking pictures of Buffy doing other human things like marking a ballot at the voting booth, teaching a calculus class, and examining x-rays as a cat dentist.

No Dogs Allowed is both delightfully creative and remarkably simple. No gimmicks here—just a very compliant cat, his camera-happy dad, and some ridiculous scenarios. You’ll laugh out loud from front cover to back!
