Adopt Me! Odessa

Odessa from KittyKind in New York tells us why she is a special girl who would make a great addition to any family.

Hi, I’m Odessa! I’m a mellow 7-year-old girl and I like to be around people. When you come home at the end of the day I’ll greet you at the door and sit by your side all night long. I am a proper lady with a bit of an independent streak, but I love ball toys or just about anything I can roll around and chase after.

What movie star would you want to portray you in a movie of your life and why?

I love old Hollywood movies, so I would have to say either Bette Davie or Joan Crawford. Like me they were beautiful but a little bit quirky, and while they could have their share of hard times they were strong and could bounce back. And all they really wanted in life was a little love!

What is your favorite board game and why?

I like the classic Japanese game called Go. You play with little stones to control territory, and of course we cats are all about territory. And the stones are black and white like me. Plus it’s a two-person game which would be perfect just for me and my new guardian (whoever you are!)

Where would you love to go on vacation?

I’m really a homebody, but my dream vacation would be to go to Russia and see the city called Odessa. I know it’s on the water so there would be plenty of fish, and if it’s cold I’ve already got my fur coat. Do you think there might be a cat named “New York” over there?
