From pure-breeds to mixed breeds, show dogs to shelter dogs, Pedigree believes that every dog deserves to be fed well, including those waiting for a loving home. In order to make that happen, Pedigree recently kicked off the Pedigree Feeding Project. Select shelters in Chicago and Nashville will now be provided with Pedigree dog food–absolutely free of cost.
Says Pedigree:
The professional nutrition in our food supports the overall health of dogs with focus in four key areas; skin & coat, oral care, digestion and immunity. This is especially important for shelter dogs, many of which have been deprived of a consistent diet, and are not as healthy as they could be.
And this is first and foremost why we created the PEDIGREE® Feeding Project. To provide more dogs with the consistent, nutritious diet they need to become the happy, healthy pets they deserve to be.
