Devin’s Tails: Plush Takes a Vacation
I sell plush toys at my online gift shop that tie-in to the characters in my novels, and I donate a portion of profits to animal rescue groups. One of my Facebook friends, Teri L. Crawford, purchased an Australian Shepherd plush toy, named her Plush, took her on a vacation, and posted photos of Plush’s adventure on Facebook. There were so many awesome photos that I had a difficult time deciding which to include in this photo essay, but these are the highlights of Plush’s flight to New York City, and then her New England cruise:
“All our bags are packed!”
“Where’s da plane?”
“Oh no! X-ray! Where’s my lead apron?!”
“We made it! We finally made it!”
“Safety drill? Good thing I know the doggy paddle!”
“Yay! Happy hour!”
“Yes, Plush, Newport Harbor is pretty, but no you can’t go swimming!”
“Nice doggie accommodations at Rose Island Lighthouse.”
“Making new friends!”
“Sightseeing makes a pup hungry!”
“Pardon me, do you have any Grey Poupon?”
“No sirree, I’m not scared of witches!”
“Celebrating a dog-awesome vacation!”
“Um, celebrated a bit too much.”
“There’s no place like home!”
