Critter Corral is a local Chicago area Guinea Pig Rescue. Yes, unfortunately Guinea Pigs need rescue and adoption too. They asked if we would introduce these 4 beautiful piggies to our audience
This is Draco who came to us from a local shelter where he was left because his family went on vacation and had no one to take care of him. He is a sweet guy who has a ton of personality. He just wants a home where he won’t be left behind.
Here’s Stitch who was one of 33 piggies given up by their caretaker. She is a cute, petite girl who is looking for a home where she’ll be spoiled.
Meet Snowball who came to us from a local animal shelter. He is a curious guy who likes to check everything out and play catch me if you can and hide and seek. He is a very active guy who would do best with older kids. Isn’t he cute?
Last but not least this is Thunder who came to us from his caretaker because they were going into a nursing home and unable to keep him. He is a mild mannered boy who is as sweet as sweet can be. He would be an excellent guinea pig for the new guardian. He has to be one of our favorites here!
To meet or possibly adopt any one of these piggies, email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Critter Corral is holding their annual Pignic is on Sunday, June 3rd from 12 to 3 at Bemis Woods, Grove 5 in Western Springs. There is not cost to attend and it’s a great opportunity to have fun and learn more about these lovable little creatures. Can’t make it to the Pignic? Critter Corral holds adoption events at various Pet Supplies Plus stores throughout the Chicagoland area all summer and fall.
