Hello! My name is Bridget and I am a Rat Terrier mix with maybe some Beagle thrown in there … who knows? I definitely prefer the company of people as opposed to the company of other dogs. I guess you could say I have a bit of a “diva” complex because I want to be the sole object of your affection. Because I have been at ACS longer than any other “guest,” I may have forgotten some of my social skills. But, if you would just give me a chance, ask to take me for a walk, and spend some one-on-one time with me, you’d be surprised by what a nice little dog I am. I walk very well on a leash and am very obedient once I’m away from the distractions of the shelter. I absolutely love car rides—especially ones that end up at the drive-thru window of a fast food place!

What movie star would you want to portray you in a movie of your life?
The original diva, of course. Barbra Streisand.

If you won the lottery, what would you do?
We would definitely trick out the dog crate and maybe put some bling on my collar.

Why should YOU go home with a family right now?
I have been here for a really long time. I just need someone to take a chance on me. I promise, I will not disappoint.

Who is your best friend?
I don’t have one at this moment, but you seem like a pretty good candidate!

Pink or purple?
Both, of course!
