Available on Android platform only
Benefit: This application provides one of the quickest cameras ever! Just press the camera button and take pictures instantly, the preview doesn’t even stop.
Beware: Due to the quick shutter speed, the quality of the pictures is lower. It depends on the phone, but it is usually around 480×320 pixels.

Hipstamatic ($1.99)
Available for iPhones only
Benefit: This hip app is a tribute to the original Hipstamatic 100, created in the early ’80s. You can choose from a variety of lenses, flashes, and film to create endless combinations of very cool looking photos.
Beware: You can’t import photos that have already been taken for post-processing.

Photo Scrapbook ($1.12)
Available on Android platform only
Benefit: Once you’ve taken your adorable photos, this app allows you to create a scrapbook of photos on your home screen.
Beware: You cannot easily adjust the size of the frame or location of the images on the screen.

Pano ($1.99)
Available for iPhones only
Benefit: Use this simple app to merge photos together to create a panoramic image
Beware: A maximum of six photos can be used to create the image, and there is no easy way to take another panorama, you must exit the app and re-enter.
