Meet Sadie, an eight year-old Basset Hound. She is friendly, outgoing, loves walks in the park and hanging out on the couch. Sadie is looking for a home where someone can let her out a few times during the day and is willing to give her medicated baths in the summer for allergies.
If you weren’t a dog, what would you be?
A cuddly bear, because I’ll eat almost anything and love to hibernate.
What movie star would portray you in a blockbuster film?
Annette Bening, a gorgeous redhead in the prime of her life, just like me!
Why do you need access to go outside during the day?
I can’t concentrate my urine, so I need to drink a lot, then go out a lot. I sleep through the night, but need to go out during the day.
What’s your favorite song?
“Hound Dog,” as sung by Elvis Presley of course!
Why should you be the one to go home with a family today?
My foster mom says I’m the best-behaved dog she has ever had. (Although I do hide from the vacuum!) Let me prove it to you.
