Two-legged and four-legged fans invited to an evening at Slugger Field!
WHO: The Louisville Bats hosts DOG DAY AT THE PARK, where you can bring your dog along to watch the ball game and support homeless animals
WHAT: Raise money for needy dogs and cats at the Kentucky Humane Society
WHEN: Wednesday, April 27 at 6:35 p.m.
WHERE: Louisville Slugger Field
Bring your dog for a fun-filled evening at the ballpark! The Louisville Bats host DOG DAY AT THE PARK to help raise money for the Kentucky Humane Society (KHS), and more than 600 canines are expected to attend. In addition to the baseball game, DOG DAY AT THE PARK will feature pet-related vendors and an agility course for canines.
Tickets are $3 per dog and $6 per person, with all canine ticket sales benefiting KHS. Tickets may be purchased in advance by calling (502) 212-BATS, or at designated Slugger Field gates on April 27.
All dogs must be on a leash at all times during DOG DAY AT THE PARK and owners must sign a Dog Day Release Form before entering the park. Download a release form at www.batsbaseball.com/dogdayatthepark. Water will be provided for canines.
